Communication between you and the contractor is key to a successful and enjoyable custom home project. We started B&B Builders with the idea that we should run our business as if we were the client and it was our home. This attitude along with decades of combined experience has lead to an organization and process that excels when it comes to communication and service. Our approach to contracting, and this was not a conscious choice but rather something that developed over time is that we “undersell and over preform”. Before you begin and as you talk to contractors ask lots of questions and check references to make sure your contractor has the ability and desire to meet your expectations. If you select a contractor who “oversells and under performs”, who has a different set of expectations or lacks the organization and process needed you will both be frustrated and the project will suffer.
