When building a custom Luxury Home its important to ask the right questions and make sure your contractor has the same expectations as you.  Questions like; How often and when will we meet at the job site?  Am I welcome on the job site at anytime?  and/or How do you feel about job site visits and can I make them daily?  are all appropriate and will help determine if you and the contractor have the same expectations of what it means to build a custom home.
